Matcha Cookies with White Chocolate

Matcha meets white chocolate – a flavorful combination that brings luck and tastes delicious. The perfect homemade lucky charm.

Ingredients – Matcha Cookies:

  • 270g spelt flour
  • 200g yogurt butter
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 15g matcha powder

Ingredients – Chocolate Glaze:

  • 200g white chocolate

Knead the spelt flour, powdered sugar, and matcha powder together with the finely diced yogurt butter until a smooth dough forms. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

After chilling, roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Bake at 175°C for about 8 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate over a water bath and dip half of each clover-shaped cookie into the melted chocolate.
