Chocolate Peanut Cookies

Cocoa and peanuts meet dark chocolate and fleur de sel – a flavorful combination.

Cookie ingredients

  • 210g spelt flour
  • 200g yogurt butter
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 70g cocoa powder
  • 1tsp vanilla sugar

Filling

  • 100 g creamy peanut butter

Topping

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • Fleur de sel

Knead spelt flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar together with the finely diced yogurt butter until a smooth dough forms. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

After chilling, shape the dough into bite-size balls and use the handle of a wooden spoon to create an dip in each cookie. Bake at 175 °C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.

Fill the cookies with peanut butter. Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath, drizzle over the cookies, and finish with a pinch of fleur de sel.
